Yes. As part of Tourpaq Basic, you can choose to buy a start-up package consisting of x hours of superuser training.
Premium customers have free training of up to 3 super users – trained at the same time.
Enterprise customers have free training of up to 3 super users and unlimited, free support.

Yes. We have build our Tourpaq Basis to accommodate and support the business of startups and minor to midsize travel agencies. By signing up to Tourpaq Basis you get access to the same platform as Tourpaq Enterprise customers. It provides a handpicked range of features to automate and grow your business at a discounted price compared to Premium and Enterprise customers.

The start up fee is to ensure that you get the best possible start. For Tourpaq basis this means that you will have 5 hrs. of training and support included. For Premium and Enterprise the start up fee includes training of super users, set up of personalized templates (and sparring on business opportunities).

Users are defined as backend users in sales, admin and accounting or other office related roles. Guides, suppliers and agents are not considered users and will – if you decide to do so, have access to separate environments showing relevant data relating yo their business area.

Within few hours you will get access to our online training environment Trainingtube and access to both live and test environment for Tourpaq – and whitelabel if part og the package bought. From here on, as a Tourpaq Basic customer you set the timeline yourself. You can be up and running, having product for sale in your new webpage within hrs – or you can take your time and learn little by little.
For Premium and Enterprise customers, we will agree on the training sequence, expected go live and deadlines. However you will, within few hours get access to online training environment, Tourpaq live and test environment and API documentation if needed.

If you are to integrate Tourpaq into an already existing webpage, you will get access to our API documentation. From here you can connect to our online booking engine.
